Accredited Investor Qualification: This investment opportunity is available only to Accredited Investors, an individual with an annual income of at least $200,000 in each of the two most recent tax years, or $300,000 with a spouse, or an individual or joint net worth (excluding the aggregate value of the investor’s primary residence) in excess of $1,000,000.
